Amazing service from D’Shon and Andrew at Star! Ryan was great too. D’Shon helped me get into a dream spec of a Wrangler and I couldn’t be happier with the vehicle! The only critique I have - the process can sometimes take a LONG time. I had to sit and wait hours for some of the easier stuff. That definitely was an inconvenience. Other than that, super happy!

When I called Star, they listened to my concerns and promptly scheduled an inspection. The staff were friendly and attentive. The job came out great and faster than expected. Overall, the experience was good, but I did have a 12 o’clock appointment when I got there. I was told they go to lunch at 12:30 so I could either wait over an hour for them to start the service or come back. I opted to come back once I did things went smoothly, but the service that was supposed to be done was an oil change tire rotation and multi point inspection I assume the multipoint inspection was done.
