Me and my husband 1st visited Star Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram early August and we met Milton and it was so calming to speak with him. Let me say that I hate the car buying process and this review is regarding their service department. They are absolutely, 100% incredible! I have car insurance that recommends their shop which is Pepboys, I would never bring any car to a chain store for service. The service writer Jenny was awesome she was able to get me all OEM new parts not aftermarket parts the insurance was pushing on them. She even got it covered with no deductible. Because of this I will definitely come in to them when buying a new car.

Amazing service from D’Shon and Andrew at Star! Ryan was great too. D’Shon helped me get into a dream spec of a Wrangler and I couldn’t be happier with the vehicle! The only critique I have - the process can sometimes take a LONG time. I had to sit and wait hours for some of the easier stuff. That definitely was an inconvenience. Other than that, super happy!
